Recently, a comprehensive beauty peptide intelligent manufacturing factory in China completed the second phase of production. The new factory area has added 6 fully automatic peptide synthesis production lines, and the area of the 100000 level GMP workshop has been expanded to 8000 square meters, covering the mass production of anti-aging, whitening, and repairing beauty peptides in all categories. The factory has established its own self-developed purification process, with a stable purity of over 99% for multiple popular peptide raw materials. It can achieve monthly production of various beauty peptide raw materials and powder ton level shipments. After the project is implemented, it effectively alleviates the problem of tight supply of raw materials during the peak season for domestic beauty brands, while supporting small and medium-sized skincare brands in small order customization research and development, and promoting the efficiency upgrade of domestic supply of beauty peptides. The factory is equipped with an independent testing center, which conducts full traceability testing on each batch of raw materials and is compatible with various compliance requirements for domestic cosmetics filing.
